Shipping Info
Ready-to-ship items will ship within 3 business days of sale.
Custom orders or requests for customization of a ready-to-ship item will ship within 5 business days.
Exception: Memory Pillowcases will ship within 5 business days of receiving your shirt that will be used for the pillowcase.
Return & Refund Policy
Return requests will be accepted (within 7 days of delivery) for non-customized items in the case that the item does not meet your quality expectations. Please note that all items are made by me either by hand or by sewing machine and there will be occasional imperfections. These imperfections will be displayed in any pictures of the item, in which case you should take note prior to purchasing as these will not qualify for refund.
If you receive an item with a few missing stitches or some other small defect, please notify me immediately upon receiving so that I can send you a prepaid label to ship back to me for fixing and shipping back.
All ready-to-ship clothing will have sizing clearly noted so please ensure you check this prior to purchase.
All custom orders will be made per the measurements you provide to me or by the size you picked on the pattern's size chart. If any alterations are required, I will do so free of charge, but you will be responsible for shipping the item back to me. I will cover shipping back to you once altered x1. Any further alterations will require the buyer to cover shipping both ways, though I will still alter free of charge.
